My passion is working with people in the beginning and middle of their lives, usually 13-50 years old. During this time, we have so many transitions and, if you're like I was, so few ideas of how we are actually supposed to pull them off. Maybe you feel like you're at war with your emotions (and losing), struggling with friends, family, or romance issues, coming to terms with your identity or sexuality, or trying to figure out how to change gears when you finally thought you figured it all out. You might be looking at your friends or family and realizing they don't have a clue either, and wondering who you can talk to. That’s where I come in. I’m not here to tell you what to do, instead, we’ll work together to uncover what you already know deep down. You’ve done things your whole life that have brought you this far, now we just have to tweak those things to get you further. Together, we’ll fine-tune the skills you already use, align your actions with your values, and help you reconnect with what truly matters. You’ll learn to make peace with your emotions, communicate more effectively, and build a life that feels more like your own. In Behavioral Therapy, we believe that when you start taking the actions that matter, things begin to change, and you begin to feel better.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
