Hello, I'm Tricia, and I have been in clinical practice for 20 years, specializing in crisis work, substance use treatment, and child/family therapy. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Utah. My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. To achieve this, I provide a neutral, safe space, listen to your concerns, and customize a treatment plan that’s specific to you. I’m looking forward to connecting with you and helping you work through any challenges you may be facing. After booking, Tava Health will text and email you a link to complete registration and join your video therapy session. Once you complete registration, you’ll be able to log in to Tava to join your session, book additional sessions, and message your therapist. Appointments are for talk therapy over video. This therapist cannot provide medication prescriptions, emotional support animal (ESA) letters, or immigration psychological evaluations.
