Hello, I'm Trigg, a professional counselor and board-approved clinical supervisor with over 20 years of experience. I am licensed in Texas and Colorado, and I offer telehealth appointments Monday through Friday during daytime hours. My passion lies in empowering diverse individuals, families, and groups to achieve their mental health, wellness, education, and career goals. I specialize in working with adolescents and teens, helping them navigate mental and behavioral health challenges. I also support individuals through life transitions, manage anger, anxiety, stress, and depression, and provide guidance for family relationships and grief/bereavement. My approach to therapy combines practical skills-building and solution-finding with a concentrated focus on helping you reclaim your identity as a person of value and worth. Together, we will work on reconstructing a useful meaning about yourself, others, and your life, and pursue goals that align with your values. While I am not available for couples counseling, forensic counseling, assessments for disability accommodations or school/SPED, or emergency mental health care, I am committed to helping you find the right provider if needed.
