Getting to know Trish Haak

Hello! I offer virtual appointments evenings and weekends. If you do not see an available time, please reach out to discuss options. Consultations are encouraged. At times, life can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or in search of answers. I am dedicated to supporting individuals as they navigate life's challenges and honor their true selves. Through a holistic, collaborative approach, I integrate evidence-based techniques to foster healing and growth. My practice covers a range of concerns, whether situational or ongoing, including anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, grief, family distress, life transitions, illness/injury recovery, substance abuse, and academic challenges. Additionally, I specialize in assisting college students, veterinary medical students and professionals, and animal owners.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I will gather your historical information which may be very useful in our work together. Initially, sessions are typically weekly and we will work together to determine a frequency that is best for you. I offer tools, resources, and strategies for you to practice in between sessions. I will also work with other providers and make recommendations as needed.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
