If you are looking for solutions or seeking help, I know it can be hard. What you are feeling is normal. Taking the first step in discovering a sense of self and developing healthy relationships can be a challenging process in itself. In therapy, I will work with you to understand emotional triggers that can feel overwhelming and impact daily life. I will meet you where you are and allow you to guide the process of emotional healing. My hope is to help individuals heal from unresolved traumatic experiences such as military experiences, loss of identity, sexual trauma, physical trauma, or emotional trauma. I am here to help you on your journey. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. I have utilized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Acudetox, and Trauma-Informed Care to treat individuals who have experienced trauma in all walks of life, as well as those with symptoms of depression, anxiety, phobias, struggles with substances, and abuse. There is hope for you and results that will allow you to feel freedom, peace, a sense of order in your life, and a healthy balance.
