What should a new client know about working with you?

A key element of the AllWell Therapy experience is insight and awareness building. By exploring your inner self, we can untangle unexplored emotions to finally heal unfinished business. Together we will get to the root of your limiting patterns and unlock your power to break free. The AllWell Therapy mission is to uplift and empower diverse communities through trauma informed affirming therapy by someone that gets it. You can expect to be affirmed and supported in your life challenges in a way that honors the distinct needs and struggles of your intersectional identities.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I would describe my therapy style as conversational, strengths based, insight oriented and fun. With me you can expect to be challenged to explore the origins of your problems, develop new awareness, identify pattern behaviors, work through unfinished business and create new strategies for change. Overall, I want to meet you where you’re at and collaborate to make sure our time together works best for you and your needs.
