As a Provisionally Licensed Therapist, LPC, my focus is on helping adolescents and adults navigate life's challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience. I provide a safe, compassionate space for individuals experiencing anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD and trauma-related concerns, men's issues, spirituality-related challenges, grief, relationship difficulties, and stress. I believe meaningful healing begins with feeling heard, understood, and supported. My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. Using evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness-based interventions, and emotionally focused techniques, I help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create lasting, positive change while honoring their values and personal growth. I am under the clinical supervision of Christine Vinci-LCPC.
