I focus on cultivating a safe, welcoming, and comfortable space where you feel supported. I believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship as a foundation for positive change, helping you move forward with confidence and ease. I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Savannah State University. I have experience in acute PHP/IOP programs as well as in domestic violence work. I am passionate about helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem challenges, and life stressors. Outside of therapy, I enjoy making candles, engaging in community work, and fashion. No matter what, my outfits always look the part.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and supportive, helping clients gain insight into the difficulties they are facing while developing practical strategies for meaningful change. During our initial sessions, we will explore your concerns in depth.
