Psychotherapist
NC
I help high-functioning adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or constantly “on.” On the outside, things may look fine—career, responsibilities, relationships—but internally, you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, burnout, or self-doubt that won’t turn off. My clinical background includes training in fast-paced, high-expectation environments where effective, evidence-based care was essential. I use approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based strategies to help you understand patterns, build practical skills, and create meaningful change. I began my clinical work as a Behavioral Health Officer in the U.S. Army, where I worked in high-stress operational settings. While that experience gave me a strong understanding of pressure, burnout, and performance demands, my work today is focused on helping adults in all walks of life navigate similar challenges. My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded—I aim to create a space where you can be yourself while doing real, meaningful work.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
