Hi there, I'm Tyler! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who supports young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and substance use recovery. I offer a warm, practical, and nonjudgmental space for meaningful change. My focus I work best with young adults and adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, uncertain about next steps, or challenged by relationships, self-esteem, major life changes, or recovery. I help clients build insight, confidence, and healthier ways of coping. My approach My approach is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented. We’ll explore how past experiences and current patterns may be affecting you, while also focusing on practical tools, coping strategies, and meaningful changes you can begin making in the present. My communication style My communication style is warm, direct, and nonjudgmental. I strive to help clients feel heard and understood while also offering thoughtful feedback, asking meaningful questions, and gently challenging patterns that may be getting in the way of growth. My journey to mental healthcare I was drawn to mental health work by a desire to help people feel understood, supported, and more connected. Trauma, attachment wounds, and difficult experiences can make life and relationships feel challenging. I remain motivated by helping clients better understand these patterns, strengthen their relationships, and create meaningful change. My goals for you I help clients clarify what they want to change, break larger goals into manageable steps, and identify practical strategies they can use between sessions. We regularly review progress, adjust goals as needed, and build confidence through consistent, meaningful action. Our first session In our first session, we’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, relevant history, relationships, and what you hope to gain from treatment.
