Since 2007, I have served individuals across the lifespan in diverse and challenging settings—including prisons, behavioral health residential facilities, eating disorder programs, mental health institutes, family courts in Arizona. I have also held leadership positions, including directing facilities that specialize in substance abuse recovery and the treatment of severe mental health disorders. I am certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and recognized as a Certified Sex Offender Treatment Professional. My Approach My clinical work is rooted in psychoanalytic theory, while integrating evidence-based and client-centered modalities. I draw on cognitive-behavioral approaches (CBT), including rational emotive methods, and behavioral strategies tailored to each client’s needs.
