Getting to know Tyler Sanders
Tyler is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and is currently accepting new clients.
She earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma.
Tyler has an extensive background in mental health, working with a diverse range of clients from children as young as five to geriatric adults. Her experience includes supporting individuals dealing with trauma-such as sexual trauma, emotional and physical abuse-as well as anxiety, depression, psychosis, and mood disorders. She has worked across various settings, including inpatient and outpatient care, group therapy, residential programs, and community-based social work.
In her free time, Tyler enjoys practicing yoga, running on nature trails, and painting. She expresses her creativity and advocates for mental health through her artwork. Additionally, she appreciates visiting art exhibits and exploring different cultures and their creative expressions.
What should a new client know about working with you?
My clients describe me as an open therapist, accepting, and challenging them to take effective action toward change. I like to provide an easy, warm environment to assist the client in feeling comfortable enough to process challenging emotions. Together, we will work on your goals in a way that you can implement them outside of therapy and make a life change towards improving satisfaction and quality of life. We will work through any issues that impede your life fulfillment.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
