Psychotherapist

My mission is to enhance the lives of others through empowerment, awareness, change, and healing—supporting individuals who are ready to step beyond inherited belief systems, rigid identities, and socially prescribed paths. While one cannot go back and change the past, you can create a new beginning starting today. My vision is for you to cultivate a grounded sense of self, live in balance, and create a life that feels purposeful, meaningful, and alive. At Enchanted Life Healing, healing is not about fixing what is broken—it is about unbecoming who you were taught to be in order to become who you already are. This work integrates adult oriented play and inner child healing as essential components of transformation. Reconnecting with curiosity, imagination, and embodied pleasure, clients are supported in rewiring the mind–body connection, restoring joy, and creating safety within themselves. Play is not treated as frivolous, but as a powerful therapeutic tool for healing, nervous system regulation, and reclaiming aliveness. My work supports clients in expanding consciousness and awareness while intentionally shaping their inner and outer reality. Shadow work is an integral part of my approach and is understood as subconscious healing and reprogramming rather than pathology. Together, we gently explore the parts of self that were suppressed, disowned, or conditioned through trauma, religion, patriarchy, and social norms. By bringing awareness to these unconscious patterns, clients gain greater choice, self-trust, and freedom in how they relate to themselves and the world. I help individuals and couples reconnect with imagination and possibility—bridging desires, vision, and lived experience in ways that are grounded, embodied, and sustainable. Together, we explore what it means to create an enchanted life: one that is consciously designed rather than unconsciously inherited.
