I specialize in attachment based couples and individual therapy; TF-CBT; individual therapy with children and youth to address relational conflict that occurs within the co-parenting; parent-child; and family dynamic; therapy with women pregnant or Postpartum depression.I believe in the power of being able to say “me too” and acknowledging that anyone can experience grief; stress; and difficulties managing life events or stressors. I believe that healing comes from honoring our own resiliency; processing our trauma and experiences; and seeing ourselves as resilient and worthy of a life of hope and happiness.
