My focus I work with young and middle-aged adults facing challenges such as interpersonal distress, social and generalized anxiety, depression, grief, mild-moderate bipolar, and PTSD. My communication style In brief: reality-focused, direct, and meaningful. I create a safe environment where candor and warm discussion meet. Working with me includes humor, acceptance, and therapeutic homework. My journey to mental healthcare Servant Leadership – Ty. I initially aimed to be a marriage counselor but expanded to become knowledgeable about multiple disorders and treatments for individuals, couples, and families. I strive to help people heal, improve, and thrive, while breaking down stigmas by advocating for mental health and its benefits. My goals for you Goal-oriented informed collaboration. Understanding your purpose and goals, while providing informed knowledge and agreement on the best ways to identify and achieve them.
