What is your typical process for working with clients?

Life is hard and asking for help can be harder. My clients typically tell me by the end of session 1 there is a sense of ease and excitement in continuing with therapy. Rapport building initially is an important part of the treatment process. I don't want anyone feeling uncomfortable or unheard. You don't have to tell me what others think of you. I want you to hear your Grand Introduction! Be Your Own Narrator! Tell me how I can assist you in making your tomorrow 1% better than today!
