My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients overcome personal challenges. I use an eclectic approach, blending traditional psychotherapy methods, cognitive-behavioral techniques with mindfulness, solution-focused, and acceptance-based models. I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. With compassion, positive regard, and understanding, I will assist you in recognizing your strengths. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor’s degree from LeMoyne-Owen College, which inform my commitment to empathetic and effective care.
