What is your typical process for working with clients?

I view therapy as a collaborative journey. My goal is to provide a platform where you feel empowered to become the best version of yourself. I don’t believe in "one size fits all" solutions. Instead, I integrate CBT, DBT, and Psychodynamic approaches to help you.
