As the Founder, I intentionally built a team of gifted clinicians committed to helping individuals heal, grow, and transform into healthier versions of themselves. Life can be difficult, but your wounds do not have to define your future. At Leap of Faith MHC, we believe our clients are resilient, capable of change, and deserving of support throughout their healing journey. Our mission is to help clients renew their minds, develop healthier coping strategies, and break cycles that no longer serve them. We take an intentional and individualized approach to therapy, working to identify the root of emotional pain while empowering clients with the tools needed to create lasting and meaningful change. What should a new client know about working with you?

Welcome — I’m U'Nesha, and I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and identity-related stress. My approach is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and collaboration, helping clients explore their experiences without judgment while building the tools needed for healing and personal growth. Therapy is not about “fixing” who you are — it’s about creating space to better understand yourself, process life’s challenges, and move toward the version of yourself you desire to become. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, vulnerable, or even intimidating — and that’s completely okay. My goal is to create an environment where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are. I value honesty, emotional safety, and genuine connection within the therapeutic relationship. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels supportive for you while exploring the challenges, patterns, and experiences impacting your life. You do not have to navigate things alone — I’m here to walk alongside you throughout your healing journey.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and client-centered. I strive to create a space where clients feel emotionally safe enough to be open, reflective, and authentic. In our work together, we’ll identify the concerns bringing you to therapy, explore underlying patterns or experiences, and develop practical tools that support healing, emotional regulation, self-awareness, and personal growth. I believe therapy works best when clients feel empowered in their journey. Rather than telling you who to be, I’m here to walk alongside you — helping you reconnect with your strengths, gain clarity, and create meaningful change in your life.
