My name is Utopia Session. Yes, I said Utopia-that imaginary place that's supposed to be perfect. That's me! However, I am far from perfect, but I may be a perfect fit for you. I am a NYS Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a DE Licensed Chemical Dependency Professional. I hold a Master's in Counseling and Guidance from Long Island University and bring 27 years of experience in Behavioral Health Services. I've worked with adolescents, women, and men experiencing addictions to mood-altering substances, co-occurring disorders, and individuals identified as NYS Impaired Drivers. I also provide professional and life coaching.

You can expect to achieve long lasting life changes that will aid in you living a fulfilling and happy life. The goal is to help you learn to love the life you live.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
I believe in treating everyone as a unique individual. My approach is holistic and Person Centered. My focus is to help my clients increase their self-awareness, understand their current challenges, and identify new ways to overcome them.
