We are just starting- so I really don’t have much to say. She is easy to talk to and I look forward to our sessions.

Val has helped me so much over the years!
I wouldn't be getting through my day without her right now. She's direct, honest, compassionate, smart. I am in crisis right now and so thankful to have her support.
I've been seeing Val for about 4 years now. She's reliable, kind, open-minded, nonjudgmental, authentic, and compassionate. She's helped me work through trauma and learn how to function with/manage my anxiety (which used to be really, really bad). She helped me get sober. She supported me through a break up. She's just amazing and I'm so grateful to have such a great therapist. I feel comfortable being completely honest with her and know that she will not pass judgment on me. 10/10 recommend.
Valarie has been instrumental in assisting me in bettering my mental health. She is very accommodating and caring. I have been looking for a caring therapist that also challenges me, and I have found the perfect fit. Valarie is a wonderful therapist.
