Hello, my name is Valentina Gasparro and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology. I have over 20 years of experience in working with adults, children, and adolescents providing individual therapy services, couples counseling, and group and family therapy. I also have extensive experience in crisis services in various hospitals and throughout the community. I consider myself a personable therapist and try to empower clients through my mindfulness training, solutions-focused approaches, trauma-focused care, and meditative approaches such as EFT “tapping” technique to help clients reach their goals.
