Getting to know Valeria Gaig
Hello! I am Valeria Gaig Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, where I have lived for more than 8 years I received my master's degree from the University of Buenos Aires, and I have been practicing this profession for 31 years. My clients are of all ages, I am interested in working to build a life project according to each person who is available to their possibilities, leaving states of anguish, depression, or anxiety that prevent them from being happy and becoming the best versions of themselves.
My ideal client is anyone who wants to work to change some aspect of his life, either for a difficult life story, a trauma, low self-esteem, symptoms or signals of your body that does not understand like panic or fears, someone who does not achieve its goals and postpone them all the time.
We can find the way, and the skills to feel better in a healthy way to stop the anguish, manage the stress or improve their lives. In our first session together, we will begin with brief presentations, then we will immerse ourselves in the specific challenges it faces and we will specify what are the objectives you want to work in the treatment. This will help me create a personalized plan to work.
Spanish is my first language, and I feel better working in Spanish or Portuguese than in English.
