Valeria Koutmina, MPS, ART-BC, LCAT, is a Creative Arts Therapist with over ten years of experience. She began her career working with children and adults with developmental disabilities and has since developed a multimodal and culturally sensitive approach to serving a diverse range of clients. Valeria is a graduate of the School of Visual Arts, where she earned her Master's degree in Art Therapy. Her approach incorporates sensory integration, metaphor, narrative, humor, and play to enhance self-awareness and trust, promote resiliency, and empower clients on their journey toward well-being. She is fluent in English and Russian and conducts treatment in both languages.
