UpLift Behavioral Health providers do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by any federal or state agency or other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I work with my clients to help them achieve their goals, understand their emotions, feelings, and fears, and move forward from anything that may be holding them back from reaching their fullest potential in all phases of life’s journey. My therapeutic style is calming, collaborative, understanding, and supportive, centered on each individual and what works best for them. I believe change happens when people learn more about themselves, feel comfortable and supported in the therapeutic process, and are open to exploring ways to create the changes they desire. This openness leads to inspiration and motivation, which ultimately foster meaningful change. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Monmouth University and a Bachelor’s degree from Georgian Court University, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to guide clients effectively on their path to growth.
