What should a new client know about working with you?

My areas of special interest are anxiety, depression, infertility, life changes and trauma. I also enjoy working with first responders.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My counseling approach is person-centered utilizing techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy. I encourage clients to engage in self-reflection and help promote personal growth.
