If you’re feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or like you're stuck in a fog that just won’t lift, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate this on your own. I specialize in working with teens and adults who are struggling with depression and anxiety, helping them find clarity, stability, and renewed purpose. My approach I take an integrative, strength-based, client-centered, evidence-based approach, primarily drawing from: -Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – to help reframe negative thought patterns. -Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)- to regulate intense emotions, manage challenging relationships, and develop coping skills. -Mindfulness and Acceptance strategies – to reduce emotional reactivity. Together, we’ll work at your pace to understand the roots of your distress and develop skills that can help you cope more effectively and reconnect with your strengths. My focus With years of experience, I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can explore what’s weighing you down and build practical tools to help you feel more in control. Whether you're battling persistent negative thoughts, trouble sleeping, low motivation, or constant worry, I’m here to listen and help you find relief. I’ll work with you to create a plan for growth that feels empowering and achievable. My communication style I will provide a calm, warm, and respectful environment that is goal-oriented and tailored to your needs. I will give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. My journey to mental healthcare I have gone through my own fair share of adverse childhood experiences, which led me to a career of helping others. I have always loved helping, listening, and comforting others; therefore, I chose to be a clinical social worker. I have helped many people from many walks of life. I love seeing the progress they make and the resilience they acquire.
