A bit about me: I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LISW-S) in the State of Ohio and a Certified Case Manager (CCM). I completed my undergraduate studies at Baldwin Wallace College in Criminal Justice and Child and Family Studies, and earned my Master of Social Work from Cleveland State University. With over 20 years of experience in the social service field, I've developed a diversified, ethical, and effective approach to social work. My passion for helping others began in childhood and has grown into a deeply rewarding career. I believe in the potential of every individual to succeed and live their best possible life. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and seniors, and my expertise spans a wide range of services in both micro and macro practice. I specialize in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, grief and bereavement, intimate and romantic relationships, life transitions, medical issues and physical health, military and veteran support, stress, trauma, family relationships, and perinatal support including pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum care. In our sessions, I see you as the true expert in your own life. My role is to guide and mentor you, using humor and authenticity to create a supportive and engaging therapeutic environment. Together, we'll explore your experiences and work towards your goals in a way that feels genuine and empowering. Outside of my professional life, I am dedicated to continuous learning and personal growth, which helps me stay connected and empathetic to the diverse experiences of my clients.
