My passion is helping others reach their full potential, starting where they are, in a nonjudgmental, supportive environment from a cognitive behavioral approach. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a master’s degree in clinical social work and over 15 years of experience in community mental health. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of treating children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds, addressing issues such as ADHD/ADD, anxiety, depression, abuse, loss, grief, separation, and crisis. I particularly enjoy working with young to middle-aged adults, helping them navigate life's obstacles, learn self-awareness, identify triggers, understand behavioral responses, and develop effective coping skills. My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that everyone has the capacity to grow and change. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment.
