What should a new client know about working with you?

You don't have to navigate reproductive health transitions, fertility stress, or postpartum anxiety alone. My practice offers specialized, non-judgmental telehealth care for individuals and couples. We use proven tools like EMDR, ACT, and EFT to quiet racing thoughts, heal medical trauma, and restore calm. Sessions are conducted via secure video with early morning, night, and weekend options so getting care is seamless.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Before our first full appointment, I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation call. Therapy is a personal investment and especially during reproductive health transitions, fertility stress, or postpartum recovery. I want to make sure you feel completely comfortable with me. On this call, we'll briefly touch on your goals, discuss how Telehealth works, and coordinate a weekly session time that fits your life seamlessly.
