Vanessa Baron, LMFT

Psychotherapist
CA
Hi there, I'm Vanessa! Hello, my name is Vanessa Estrada Baron, and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master's degree in Counseling from the Fullerton campus of California State University. I also hold a Bachelor's degree from the Monterey Bay campus. I identify as a first generation Latina, cisgender woman. I'm passionate about working with BIPOC families and individuals. Additionally, I am an ally to the LGBTQIA+ and undocumented or documented communities. I hope we can work together to find meaning and feel satisfied with where your life is heading. My approach I base a lot of the methods on what you may need. It’s different for everyone. If you need journaling prompts, someone to just listen to, or strategies to organize your room, we can do that. My therapeutic approaches consist of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), meditation or mindfulness, person centered therapy, and solution focused therapy. My focus My niche is working with the Latinx community, families, teens, and emerging adults. Although I’m honored to work with anyone interested in starting their healing journey. My communication style I strive to have a warm and open space for you to come as you are during sessions.
