I have experience working with womxn navigating life with depression, stress, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Additionally, I have a gentle approach to working with others. I am very compassionate, understanding, and a good listener. I hope that we may work together on your therapeutic journey. I earned my Master's in Social Work from Arizona State University and my Bachelor's degree from Regis College. Fun facts about me: I enjoy spending time with my partner, son, our rescue dog (Nala Woo-yes, she has a middle name, LOL), the warm outdoors, and a good book! I practice solely online.
