My clients come to me because they have questions they just can't seem to answer—they feel unsettled and are searching for insight. These feelings may arise from within or be triggered by external factors like family stress and systemic oppression. If you find yourself stuck right now, know that needing to talk about it is not a weakness. Vulnerability in counseling can bring discomfort and surface new emotions, but it can also lead to lasting change, peace of mind, and clarity in a new direction. I believe clients are the experts on their own lives, and I work collaboratively with them to process their traumas and emotions.
I love helping all clients explore their assumptions and beliefs as they navigate life changes, depression, or anxiety. My approach incorporates sex-positive practices and beliefs, and I work within a social justice framework that promotes body positivity. I also welcome CNM and poly clients.
I hold a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision and a Master’s in Counseling, both from Oregon State University, which inform my commitment to providing thoughtful, evidence-based care.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
