My approach to therapy is client-centered and collaborative. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for healing and growth. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I am committed to helping my clients develop greater self-awareness, build on their strengths, and cultivate resilience and coping skills to navigate life's challenges. I hold a Master's in Social Work and a Bachelor's degree from Our Lady of the Lake University, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support my clients effectively.

Initially we discuss goals and concerns and together we build a platform to work on together.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
