My journey in the field began with a graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in Florida in 1999, followed by an MSW from the NYU School of Social Work in 2003. My style is warm, attentive, collaborative, and non-judgmental, but I can also be very active and directive when needed. I consider myself a good leader, fair, and impartial, helping guide you to new ways of being in a relationship without aligning with one person over the other. You are welcome to explore any variety of issues in a safe, empathic, affirming environment. I have extensive experience working with couples, families, blended families, LGBTQ+ couples and families, open relationships, and non-monogamy. In my spare time, I love to read and explore poetry, and I have a deep love of animals and animal rescue.
