What should a new client know about working with you?

As a licensed psychotherapist, I bring both professional expertise and personal insight into the world of trauma therapy. In my practice, I love working with people who have been through childhood trauma, who need support and evidence-based methods to achieve meaningful change. I am trained in advanced trauma techniques like EMDR, Rapid Resolution Therapy, and Inner Child work, all tailored to address the complex needs of my clients.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first few sessions, my aim is to understand you and your hopes for the future, create a foundation of trust and set a plan for treatment. I take a gentle and collaborate approach to my treatment. After gathering some of your history, we dive into providing you new coping tools to manage day to day stressors and challenges. Then we tools like EMDR and Rapid Resolution Therapy, which help process past trauma without re-living it. By the end of our early sessions, you’ll start to feel a shift—a sense of clarity, empowerment, and the first steps toward lasting healing.
