After you request your appointment, you will be sent an invite link for Brightside Health. You will need to enter your insurance and payment information to confirm your appointment.During your initial consultation we will craft a treatment plan personalized to your needs, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed. You will also be able message me directly at anytime via the messaging section of your Brightside Health portal - a tool where will also track your progress, access resources, and see your treatment plan details.

I was supposed to be contacted with instructions for a telephone visit but no one ever called or reached out. I called the office twice and no one picked up even after trying two different prompts to speak with a person. Horrible.
