We’ll work together at a pace that respects your needs, exploring what brings you to therapy and setting goals that matter to you. I consider how your culture, identity, and experiences shape your well-being while helping you build practical skills to navigate emotions and everyday challenges.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Before your appointment can be confirmed, we will complete a free, 15 minute phone consultation with you to ensure best fit. From there, we will confirm session with me or another therapist who can match your needs.
