I am a Master's level clinician with a degree in Counseling, Drug & Alcohol from Kean University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Rutgers University. I am dually licensed as an LPC and an LCADC. I have previous experience in inpatient and outpatient settings, and as an Intensive In-Home Clinician in the community.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I have worked with clients of different cultures, socioeconomic backgrounds, and sexual orientations, helping them to overcome negative thinking patterns, low self-esteem issues, constant relapse, depression, anxiety, as well as general life challenges. My work stems from a place of genuine concern and respect for the clients I serves. I use humor, honesty, and useful techniques to help clients achieve their goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I strive to create a non judgmental space for clients to share openly and freely. And during our first session, we will create a space to build the foundation of our work together, with the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
