What should a new client know about working with you?

My therapy style blends a warm, supportive therapeutic relationship with a thoughtful exploration of your current patterns, including identifying your attachment style. I incorporate psychoeducation to help you better understand yourself, while also guiding you in developing practical skills drawn from CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based practices.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, we’ll begin with introductions and start building a strong therapeutic alliance. I’ll take time to understand your main concerns, including what feels most challenging in your life right now, and we’ll work together to clarify your goals for therapy. In ongoing sessions, we’ll continue strengthening our therapeutic relationship while creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for exploration. Together, we’ll work to better understand your patterns and focus on developing practical skills to support your growth and well-being.
