I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, and families who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, anger, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. My ideal clients are open to exploring their emotions and ready to take steps toward personal growth. I create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel safe, understood, and empowered to work through difficult experiences and build healthier patterns. My communication style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I aim to create a space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment. I value open and honest conversations, and I meet clients where they are emotionally-whether that means offering a calm presence, challenging unhelpful patterns, or simply listening. My goal is to build a trusting relationship where growth feels both possible and safe.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My journey to becoming a therapist was rooted in a deep desire to help others feel seen, supported, and understood. Over the years, I’ve witnessed how life challenges—whether from family dynamics, emotional struggles, or sudden transitions—can deeply impact people. I was drawn to this field because I believe in the power of connection and the strength people have to heal when given the right tools and space. Becoming a therapist has allowed me to combine my compassion with a strong skill set to guide clients toward lasting change. I work with clients to identify what matters most to them and break those goals down into manageable steps. Together, we explore patterns, build insight, and develop practical tools to create meaningful change. I regularly check in on progress and adjust our approach as needed, making sure therapy stays aligned with the client’s values and evolving needs. My goal is to support clients in feeling more confident, empowered, and in control of their lives. In our first session, I focus on creating a safe and welcoming space where you can share what’s bringing you to therapy. We’ll talk about your goals, any challenges you’re facing, and what you hope to get out of our work together. I’ll also ask questions to better understand your history and experiences, but we’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable for you. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other and start building a foundation for our work.
