What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process begins with getting to know your story, current concerns, and goals for therapy. From there, we work together to identify patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that may be impacting their well-being. I use trauma-informed and cognitive behavioral approaches to help clients build healthier coping skills, improve emotional awareness, and develop practical tools they can use outside of sessions. I believe therapy works best when you feel heard, supported, and actively involved in their own healing process.
