I work with teens and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, self-esteem struggles, relationship stress, and major life transitions. Therapy with me is real, relaxed, and judgment-free. You don’t have to have the “right words” or have everything figured out before starting. I understand how hard it can be to balance the pressures of social media, relationships, family expectations, burnout, and figuring out who you are while keeping it together on the outside.
