Getting to know Venecia Lynch
Have you ever been so depressed that you felt there was no way out? I am Venecia, a licensed professional counselor and licensed chemical dependency counselor in Texas, as well as a crisis counselor for a high school. I recently earned my Doctorate of Healthcare Administration and hold a Master’s in Counseling from Dallas Baptist University. I am a sympathetic and caring counselor with extensive experience supporting adults, teenagers, and children who require psychological and emotional care.
As a United States Air Force Veteran with a background as a secondary educator and natural leader, I bring over twenty years of instructional support experience to my counseling practice. My exceptional knowledge in setting up and guiding counseling sessions, carrying out and evaluating treatment plans, and a proven history of using evidence-based therapeutic techniques instill confidence in my clients about their mental health and well-being.
Outside of my professional life, I’m a traveler, a church-goer, and a social butterfly. But most importantly, I’m a wife and grandmother, and I cherish the time I spend with my family. I also offer online counseling services, making it easier for clients to access support from the comfort of their own homes.
