For the last 11 years I have been working in outpatient settings helping, people through life's toughest issues. I have specialized more in working with adults who have issues with depression, anxiety and couples having relationship issues.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In my practice, I believe in a holistic approach to healing which includes one's bio, psycho, social and spiritual self. Wherever you may be in your journey, we can and will explore this in order for you to find strength on your journey to find resolution and healing. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy along with some psychoanalysis.
