What should a new client know about working with you?

DBT Group This group will help you face challenges commonly associated with BPD, depression, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. Are you ready to build happier relationships and experience better mental health & wellbeing? Vernaize utilizes the 4 Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) modules - Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness - to calm your mind and body in ways that bring peace to your life. Vernaize understands that our past has influenced our present, but it need not dictate our future. Our life experience, positive or negative, are building blocks for who we are today and can be effective tools in creating who we aspire to be tomorrow. Discover how to view yourself and the world through a new lens in order to regulate your emotions and regain control as you complete the weekly group handouts and check in on your progress. Experience the freedom of understanding your thoughts and emotions in a way that impacts your relationships and behavior choices. Let go of self-judgment and learn how to accept and cope with life’s challenges, rather than resisting or avoiding them.
