We provide session for individuals that are ready to make a change in their life. We have experience working with adults and with children. Our main focus with clients is to explore traumas that may be lingering from the past and need to be processed. On many occasions we think we do not have any traumas as we always see this word as something terrible such as sexual or physical abuse but this includes emotional abuse as well. We focus on self-esteem, self-worth, boundaries, and gaining tools we may not have been provided at a young age.
