Hi! I’m Veronica. I’m a queer-identified therapist. I have been in practice for a decade and am licensed in California. I offer LGBTQ+ affirming and trauma informed holistic therapy. I honor the unique challenges you face and strive to create a safe, validating space for your journey towards healing and authenticity.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Being an intuitive empath and highly sensitive person, I connect deeply with others and believe therapy approaches should be tailed to each person's unique circumstances and pace. As a queer-identified person of color, I understand the importance of feeling understood and validated in your experiences.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Together we'll develop skills and tools tailored to your needs to achieve your goals. I utilizing holistic modalities such as mindfulness and somatic practices to increase self-awareness and build self-compassion. I am particularly skilled in working with adolescents, adults, new parents, HSP, and marginalized communities including LGBTQ+ communities.

I do not currently accept insurance. However, depending on the terms of your insurance coverage, you may be eligible for reimbursement. If so, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. I accept payment via Zelle, Venmo, Credit and Debit cards, and FSA/HSA cards.
