I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who provides a warm, supportive, and culturally sensitive space for clients navigating anxiety, stress, depression, grief, life transitions, self-esteem, boundaries, and relationship challenges. I work with clients in Miami and throughout Florida through hybrid care. My approach is collaborative and grounded in real life, helping clients feel understood while also building practical coping skills they can use outside of sessions. • Therapy Follow-Up: $160 (60 minutes)

What should a new client know about working with you?
Clients should know that I meet them where they are and create a safe, nonjudgmental space for reflection and growth. I work well with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to better understand their emotions, relationships, and patterns. I also have experience supporting Hispanic/Latino clients and individuals navigating bicultural, first-generation, or intergenerational family dynamics. My goal is for clients to leave sessions feeling heard, grounded, and more empowered.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I begin by learning about the client’s current concerns, background, strengths, and goals for therapy. Sessions focus on processing emotions, identifying patterns, strengthening coping skills, and working toward healthier boundaries and relationships. I use a collaborative approach that allows clients to move at their own pace while still building insight and practical tools. Over time, we work toward greater resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful change.
