Getting to know Veronica Paige Krantz

My main passion is in helping individuals and couples with their interpersonal relationships. However, I believe your most important relationship is with yourself, as being comfortable in your own skin allows you to build healthy relationships with others. I have experience with a wide variety of clients of all backgrounds, especially those struggling with depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and trauma.Additionally, I am an experienced sex therapist, addressing issues such as performance anxiety, desire discrepancy, medical-related problems, and other concerns. I help individuals and couples navigate both monogamous and non-monogamous relationships, and those exploring a range of sexual expressions / kinks. I work with people of all personal identities, and I approach all topics with compassion, knowledge, and understanding. As for my qualifications, I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with a bachelor's degree in psychology from Barnard College of Columbia University, and a master’s degree with honors in social work from NYU’s Silver School. I have advanced certifications from the National Institute for the Psychotherapies (NIP), the Training Institute for Mental Health (TI) for couples and relationship therapy, and ongoing training with the Sex Therapy Training program at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy (ICP). I would describe my style as interactive and although rooted in psychodynamics, I tend to incorporate different techniques into my work, as there is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to care.
